    Seats are the available student profiles that can be used in a given package.

  • Can I reuse seats if someone leaves my group?

    Seats are not transferable and cannot be reused. You can request to have the record of the student deleted. Contact Support at technicalsupport@bdcexperts.com.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

  • What are the terms of the Subscription Plan?

    Subscription plan agreements are for a term of 1 year and are billed monthly at the subscription plan rate at the time of purchase.

  • I purchased a subscription plan. What's next?

    After purchasing a subscription plan, you can begin learning immediately. In 1-2 business days, you will receive an email with instructions for enrolling your staff.

  • Can I upgrade my subscription plan, if I need more seats?

    Yes, you can add more seats to your subscription at any time. Just contact us at technicalsupport@bdcexperts.com.

  • Can I view training progress for student in my organization?

    Yes. Managers can request to have a Group Analyst account created to view reporting. Submit requests to support at technicalsupport@bdcexperts.com.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    Subscriber may cancel subscriptions at any time but will remain obligated to make the monthly payments until the completion of the twelve-month initial term, at which time the cancellation will become effective. 30 days advance written notice is required.

  • How to do cancel my subscription?
